Author D. H. C. (David H. C. Carter) is a native of Richmond Va., where he currently resides. He has been writing for fourteen years and The Learning Curve is his sixth work. He graduated from Richmond Community High School, for the gifted and talented, in 1991 and studied at Hampton University as an undergrad.
